Please tell me the difference between * even though * and * though *
are these words are same ? or they are used in different meanings.

They have the same meaning and fit into the same grammatical structures. ‘Even’ is an intensifier: it makes the phrase a little stronger. Notice, however, that only ‘though’ can come at the end of an utterance:
I don’t like winter very much. I do like skiing, though. – ‘Even though’ cannot be used here.
