English to Italian / Italian to English

I haven’t found a topic of this kind here, but maybe I haven’t search enough… Anyway, I hope I didn’t start a discussion which is the same of another one…

How could I translate “to bubble out” into Italian? The whole sentence is: “The blood was like red porridge and kind of bubbled out.”

Please, answer. Thank you so much!

Pliiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiz… nobody knows Italian?
Can somebody at least paraphrase it? T_T T_T T_T

to bubble = bollire; produrre bollicine; ribollire; essere effervescente, gorgogliare

… Well… it’s right, but in the context it doesn’t make a great sense… Anyway… thank you the same

NICE TOPIC

Thanks
