( English is fun : Restaurant = Translate server error ! )

How would you say “Restaurant” in your language ?

A friend of mine sent me an email with photos of Restaurants in China.
The Chinese term “餐厅” means “Restaurant” in English.
I think the one who made this sign wasn’t good at English at all.
He wanted to find out its meaning in English through an on-line translator and at that very moment the server was unavailable and therefore the system prompted the message “Translate server error”.
Of course the guy deeply believed that the message was the result of the translation.
You may find out some more by searching the phrase “translate server error restaurant” in Google.
Are there any other interpretation ?

Nick

Hi Nick, maybe the restaurant owner is a programmer who constantly encounters the message ‘translate server error’ and so he decided to use this phrase as his restaurant’s name?[YSaerTTEW443543]
