I believe that, children love encouragement in every things not just in education, for instance, if you want children do some thing for you, you should say to them: bring me cup water then I will take you to market, and I will buy for you toys. If you use this style with them, they immediatly do what you said. Therefore, I emphasis, encouragement is the most effective way to encourage the children whether in traditional life or in school. So, I totally agree with this statement which says that marks encourage students to learn for several reasons.
First and foremost, children need for support and encouragement from their parents and teachers to pursue in achieve successful in whole fields not just in education field. Actually, there are many kind of encouragement, such as gifts and money and trip, marks if they at school.
Second, children are at sensitive age, therefore, they need to private deal and care from their teachers to improve their skills and knowledge by compete between students, compete concerning who the first student understand the lesson then give him or her distinct gift to continue in the best level. I think that, it is an attreactive style to study children.
Moreover, children love going to school at morning, if their teachrs lovely and kind, deal with them by good method, because sometimes children do not like going to school at morning because their teachers are boring and unkind, and they do not receive any encouragement from their teachers.
At last but not least, encouragement is important for children to love their lessons, and pursue in their giving, but it requires an intelligent and patient teacher to perform his job effectively.
