Dear members,
When some one asks me what conclusion I can draw from the result of something, does he expect me to draw something on a piece of paper or he is simply asking about my conclusion?
Regards,
Amir

He is asking you what conclusion you would reach. This is not the same as ‘draw a picture’.
draw a conclusion [transitive] draw something (from something)
to have a particular idea after you have studied something or thought about it
What conclusions did you draw from the report?
We can draw some lessons for the future from this accident.

great, thanks
As you say, he is simply asking about your conclusion. The meanings of ‘draw a conclusion’, which is an idiomatic expression/phrase, are: to form an opinion, to make a judgment, to arrive at a decision or to have an idea.
