Hello again my friends. I read an article the other day and there was the following phrase: Don’t get thrown for a loop! What does this phrase mean? Is it something like Don’t get trapped? Thank for all your explanations.
To throw (someone) for a loop is to bewilder/flabbergast/startle/overwhelm someone.
