My preference would be as indicated within brackets.

  1. For ages the dogma of the church has claimed infallibility. (the Church)
  2. She was brought up by the traditional Christian doctrines. (through)
  3. Ideological conflicts separate the Muslim community into Sunni group and Shia group. (OR ‘have separated’)
  4. I was taught by the moral precepts of my religion.

  1. ‘Church’ needs to be capitalised, as you are talking about this particular entire strand of Christianity.
  2. She was brought up with/in traditional Christian doctrines.
  3. into Sunni and Shia groups. - would be more natural to avoid the repetition.
  4. I would use ‘through’ rather than ‘by’.
