I’d like to ask if the following sentence sounds natural for English speakers.

This project resulted in the adaptation of Soft Skills trainings and recommendations for organizing and conducting Soft Skills trainings for XXX employees.

XXX is the name of the Company.

I’d suggest this (though I’m not 100% sure it’s exactly the same meaning you had in mind):

As a result of this project, the Soft Skills training program was adapted, and recommendations for organizing and conducting Soft Skills seminars for XXX employees were presented.
