Do vs. Does in a list of singular and plural nouns

If I include both singular and plural nouns in a question, would I start the question with ‘do’ or ‘does’? Can it depend on the order of the nouns arranged in the sentence? Should I use both ‘do’ and ‘does’ in the sentence? Thanks for your help!

Hi,

You are using two subjects joined by the conjunction ‘and’. For the reason you need to use a plural verb -‘do’.
