What’s the difference between ‘your visit’ and ‘your visiting’?

If you are referring to a specific visit then use “your visit”. “your visiting” is less common, but may be used when speaking about the general practice or habit of visiting. For example, “regarding your visiting” would refer to someone’s general pattern of visits. “regarding your visits” might also be used in this case, but “visiting” seems more general and abstract. Another example might be “I don’t like your visiting on Sundays” (though in everyday English most people would render this as “I don’t like you visiting”).
