Difference between "Not Given" and "Not been given"?

Hi All,

Can someone please let me know the difference between the below 4 statements:

Marks are not given in any website.
Marks are not been given in any website.
Marks haven’t been given in any website.
No website has given the marks.

Thanks,
EngLearner.

.
The second one is ungrammatical. The first means marks are never given. #3 and #4 have the same meaning-- there are no marks yet (they may or may not appear later).

Hi Micawber,

Is the main difference between #3 and #4 is voice of the statement? I mean, is #3 in passive voice while #4 in active voice?

Thanks,
EngLearner.

PS: Please correct the mistakes, if any, in my reply.
