Can someone please let me know the difference between the below 4 statements:
Marks are not given in any website.
Marks are not been given in any website.
Marks haven’t been given in any website.
No website has given the marks.

The second one is ungrammatical. The first means marks are never given. #3 and #4 have the same meaning-- there are no marks yet (they may or may not appear later).

Is the main difference between #3 and #4 is voice of the statement? I mean, is #3 in passive voice while #4 in active voice?
