Difference between “I trust you” and “I trust in you”
They seem synonymous to me.
what is difference between have to and must
- I believe you.
- I believe in you.
Are both same?
‘Have to’ is said to refer to outside authority while ‘must’ refers to an inner necessity, but many or most native speakers do not take this difference into consideration and ‘have to’ is replacing ‘must’ generally.
No. #1 means that I believe what you say; #2 means I believe you are able.
MM, thank you very much.
