what is the difference between effected and affected?
(v) affect sth/sbd = influence sth/sbd or cause sth/sbd to change
(n) effect = noun of “affect”
(v) effect sth = successful in making sth to happen the way you wanted it to be/the way that you can have it // you want to if you effect sth that you are trying to achieve, you succeed in making it to happen

The diffrence between affect and effect is that:
affect=to have an effect on someone to chang his or her situation
effect=to make some thing happen
