Difference between a claim letter and a letter of complaint?

Hi, what would you say is the difference between a claim letter and a letter of complaint?

I’d think a claim letter is a letter written and sent for claiming or demanding something as the claimer’s own or due. For example: She sent a claim letter on the defect. - She has the right to get a compensation from the maker for the defect according to some contract or law.
A letter of complaint would be just a letter for serving the purpose of expressing the writer’s complaint or dissatisfaction about something.
