Did I phrase the below sentences and paragraph is such ways? Please advise

  • How is the word spelled?
  • What is the spelling of your street name?
  • The delivery driver has two orders on a single trip and was not able to complete the first delivery order because there was nobody home to receive the order. Because of that, the delivery had to do the other delivery and go back to delivering the first one.

Can I phrase the above sentences and paragraphs In such ways?

That’s correct but my favorite version is: “How do you spell the word?”

That’s grammatically correct but doesn’t sound very natural. Again, I suggest ‘How do you spell the name of street you live in?’

The delivery driver usually delivers two orders on a single trip and this time he was not able to complete the first order because there was nobody at home to receive the order.

I’m sure I understand what you mean by that sentence. Can you please rephrase it?

Thanks for replying and helping.

Because nobody was there to receive the order, the delivery driver had to make delivery for the other order before he/she can return to your place.

Does the above sentence sounds better? Please advise.

Because nobody was there to receive the order the delivery driver had to make another delivery first before they could return to your address to make a second attempt at delivering your order.
