I think " … " is WORD ( but i can’t hear D ending sound from teller )

Yes, the “d” and “t” sounds slide together. Saying them as distinct separate letters sounds unnatural.

The British tend to pronounce their T’s and D’s more distinctly than Americans. It’s more of a plosive with Brits.

It’s “He didn’t say a single word”, not “didn’t said”.
