every one can tell me more meaning of Dependability and Initiative when we have to evacuate a man about working.

Dependability ; The man must be always punctual and able to work to a very high standard.
Initiative; He should be able to work unsupervised, and be adept at finding solutions to any problems he encounters whilst doing the work in hand.
