Demonstrative pronouns

I have a question about demonstrative pronouns. Which variant is correct?
Where are those/these chocolates I bought?
Do you know how to do this/ that homework?
That/this is me bedroom?
You said that I am lazy , but this /that is not true.
I do not think that/this blouse fits you/
This/That is my dog.
And one more , before the word people , we use this or these?

Some of your sentences allow both variants depending on the context. Let me try to solve your task.

Where are those chocolates I bought?

Do you know how to do this homework?

Is this is my bedroom?

You said that I am lazy, but that’s not true.

I don’t think this blouse fits you.

This/That is my dog.[/quote]

This is my dog.

It depends if you refer to a group of people or a nation. If it’s a group of people you need ‘these’ because in that case ‘people’ is the plural of ‘person’. If it’s a nation you need ‘this’.

Please let me know if this makes sense. By the way, where did you find those tasks?
