Hi

PFB my routine and let me know where am I wrong?

Everyday I get up at seven thirty.
After that I take fifteen minutes to clean my teeth and wash my face.
I have a bath and ready within half an hour for go to office.
From nine to seven I remain in office.
I take my lunch around at 12:30 and after finish my lunch come back at my desk and start rest of work of the day.time flies soon and at around seven start from the office to reach at home.
I reach at home around 8:30 then take some rest and prepare dinner while listing soft music which gives me some fresheness.
I have my dinner by 9:30 and chat with my family.
I go to bed at 11 and I always pray before go to bed.

What on earth does ‘PFB’ mean?

Everyday (a 1 word phrase) means ordinary or commonplace.
Every day (a 2 word phrase) means daily.
You should have used ‘every day’.

I have a bath and am ready within half an hour to go to the office.

I remain in the office.

You don’t need ‘at’ with ‘around’

after I finish my lunch…

I come back to my desk and start the rest of my work for the day.

Time soon flies (note the capital letter for ‘time’ denoting the start of the sentence)

at around seven I leave the office to go home.

I reach home at around…

…while listening to soft music which refreshes me.

I suggest you focus on the use of the articles and on where you need to use pronouns.

I come back to my desk or I come back at my desk.
are both sentences are correct,if no then where we can use these?

Could you plz guide me or share any link where i can get the use of the articles and pronouns.

Only ‘I come back to my desk’ is correct.
I come back to my desk.
I sit at my desk.
I get up from my desk.
I leave my desk.
