Subject: Distillation Column Model EP-59

Dear Sir/Madam

I am Aput from X University and writing this letter in regards to the Distillation Column, Model: EP-59 which our University bought it some years ago.However, last week when we were reinstalling the device we encountered an unusual error during startup. After powering up the device, a “PRESS ENTER” appears in the display. We press the ENTER bottom on the front panel but the instrument do not startup. I look forward to hearing back from you regarding how we can best solve this matter and eliminate a reoccurrence in the future.

According to the device’s instruction manual, this version of the instrument could be connected to the computer for controlling the test run.

I just have a few questions beforehand:
How can we get the protocols and what are the parameters of port connection for this device?

Do you have any dealers/representatives in our country from them we can get the necessary equipment for computer connection and control?
