Copying texts?-2 :)

Hi

I’ve just retyped about half a page from some book (written by an American author).

Having it finished, I’ve recognised that my ‘copy’ differs a bit, as I’d (automatically) typed ‘organisation’ instead of original ‘organization’, ‘summarising’ and ‘analysing’ – instead of ‘summarizing’ and ‘analyzing’, etc.

My stupid question is:
Can I still say that I have copied (out) the text? transcribed?

I’d say yes. You just can’t claim to have made an exact copy. :lol:
