Can you tell me the differences between “concern with” and “concern about”.

Usually, ‘concerned with’ = ‘involved with; on the topic of’ and ‘concerned about’ = ‘worried about’.

The Department of Health is concerned with the welfare of the population and is concerned about the increase in the number of people smoking.
