Comparison of real TOEFL and POWERPREP software

Hello!

I have just taken example tests from ETS’s POWERPREP software and I had score in range of about 220 to 280.This result is good enough for most European universities, one of which I am planning to attend.
Can anyone make a comparison of real TOEFL to these examples? Is real TOEFL more difficult?

Usually ETS test preparation products are similar in difficulty to the real test. They aim to make the practice tests as realistic as possible.
