Comma after "fever" and "mosquito"?

Dengue fever transmitted by the Aedes mosquito can be life-threatening.

Should there be a comma after “fever” and another after “mosquito”?

Thanks.

If the same dengue fever is transmitted by other mosquitoes as well, no commas are necessary.

As we know that this fever is transmitted only by Aedes mosquitoes, we may put the commas so as to give additional information in the form of a phrase which is non-essential.

(This may be likened to a non-restrictive clause or a parenthetical phrase)
