Kindly do clarify which sentence is right one in the following.

“When students’ complete the form”

or

“When students complete the form”

Awaiting for answer.

When students complete the form
is correct.

The plural possessive form (using the s’ ) is not correct because there is nothing immediately following students which requires the possessive case. For example
When students’ parents complete the form.

  • here the possessive is used to indicate the parents of the students,)

Also, use either ‘await’ or ‘wait for’. In InE ‘await for’, which is incorrect, is common. Try to avoid it. So you could say: Awaiting an/your answer.
