is correct.
The plural possessive form (using the s’ ) is not correct because there is nothing immediately following students which requires the possessive case. For example
When students’ parents complete the form.
Also, use either ‘await’ or ‘wait for’. In InE ‘await for’, which is incorrect, is common. Try to avoid it. So you could say: Awaiting an/your answer.
