Hello!
I have seen that the word ‘chocolate’ can be both countable and uncountable.I know that this word is only uncountable that’s why we use :‘a bar of chocolate’ or ‘a packet of chocolate’.When can this word be countable?

It’s countable when it’s a small piece of chocolate, usually in a box, usually in a fancy shape, usually with some special filling, coating or flavouring. This is a typical box of chocolates:
