My observations:
First, ‘to the maximum of’ in place of ‘to the limits of’ is better.
Second, one can’t work but one can eat, contain, suffer etc to one’s capacity.
Capability is the power/quality to do a thing.
Capacity is the power/quality to hold things etc.
Ability is possession of some skill/competence/talent etc
Capability is not the same as ability.
1 and 3 are okay as written.
The meanings differ.
