“I would love to have a part of”, followed by someone’s name. (He has previously been asked if he would like to “take something from any other skater, and have it be part of your skating”.)
I can’t make out the name. It’s not an English-language name, and it’s almost impossible to know how it would be spelled unless you know the person. It sounds like the first name is “Stefan”. I couldn’t find any obvious matches in lists of figure skaters.
Are you sure? I also thought he was saying “a part of”, but the verb he uses sounds nothing like “have”, at least to me. I hear something that begins with [kə] (sorry if this is incorrect transcription), rather than [hæv] which is how “have” should sound.
The name of the other skater is not a problem, it’s the words that precede it I cannot understand.

He stumbles over the word and starts to say something different but he corrects himself, so he says what sounds like,
I would love to have a cu uhhh…a part of Stephane Lambiel.
However, if you take the stumble out he says
‘I would love to have a part of Stephane Lambiel’
This makes sense because just before this point the interviewer has asked him:
‘If you could take something from any other skater and have it be part of your skating, what would it be and from which skater?’
