i want to know which you should say, which is the proper way of telling someone that you will always be there whenever they call.
Probably the simplest is to say: Call me any time.

always know that you can “call for me”…
this is correct? i was trying more for dramatic and promising rather then a simple “call me” in my writing.
In that context, I would have used “call on me.” (Rely on me to help you."
