café (British English)

Hello, according to the dictionary café is pronounced with the stress on the first syllable in British English. So far I hear the American pronunciation, i.e. on the last syllable. Which pronunctiation is popular now in British English? thanks a lot.

Hi,

I would put the stress on the first syllable.

Alan
