Bring that sunny side up an established idiom?

Hi, is this an established phrase or idiom:

bring that sunny side up
It’s used in the the latest Bloodhoundgang song (“Uhn Tiss Uhn Tiss Uhn Tiss”). I must admit the Booldhoundgang have a rather unventional style when it comes to their lyrics to say the least but then again they are English native speakers so I figure there must be substantial amount of people who can decipher their ramblings and at this point I’d like to be one of them. Thanks in advance for achieving my goal :slight_smile:

The whole phrase is not idiomatic, but sunny side up is the way I like my eggs, and I understand the meaning (I think): it means to look on the bright side; cheer up.
