Blockchain and business English

You certainly are learning English because you want to improve your chances to find a good job and subsequently earn a lot of money. English is still the most widely used language in the business world. One industry that has been growing rapidly for the past few years is the blockchain sector. Forecasts suggest that global blockchain technology revenues will experience massive growth in the coming years, with the market expected to climb to over 23.3 billion U.S. dollars in size by 2023.

That’s why we have started to create a series of tests for you that cover a number of topics related to blockchain and distributed ledger technologies. Today we are sharing the first test with you. It’s called ‘Blockchain and Bitcoin Basics. We do understand that some of the questions in this test might be new to you and we encourage you to complete the test anyway. For example, you might not have heard about such terms as a ‘Byzantine Fault’ or the ‘Tendermint Core’. However, these are things that every person should be learning at school nowadays just to keep up with the ever accelerating pace of technology.
