I suggest you use our free TOEFL listening comprehension exercises: english-test.net/toefl/listening/[YSaerTTEW443543]

I would advice you to start from Longman and Delta (they are easy), then try Barron (it’s more complicated). Some people also recommend Kaplan, Cambridge and Princeton. But to be honest, I didn’t like Kaplan (it is not organised as real the TOEFL exam, I mean questions/exercises are different), and I didn’t get Cambridge and Princeton yet. The last two must be difficult. Besides, you can find a lot of listening materials here as Torsten mentioned, but at first look at Longman, it gives a simple explanation of strategy.
