I have been volunteered.
I could not comprehend this simple stentence well. Does the following sentence have the same meaning?
“I have been forced (by somebody or something) to volunteer.”

(though perhaps not as drastic as ‘forced’, possibly put forward for something in their absence or ‘persuaded’.
