Hello,
Is there difference between be and keep below?
a sign saying “Please Be Quiet.”
a sign saying “Please Keep Quiet.”
Which is more common or natural? Both sound same to me.

In some cases the words are interchangeable. In other cases be is the better choice. I can’t think of any cases where keep is better. So if you always use be then you are safe.
