is there any meaning difference between these two?

if yes could you explain with examples? thanks

Be involved = you should involve in this.(someone suggests you to do so)
Got involved = You are telling about your self / you are explaining about someone who was in that work.

Hi Mantser,

‘Be involved’ suggests that you are already concerned with something and ‘get involved’ suggests you are starting to become involved.
