Hi,
“I’m not really good about regular exercise such as going to the gym.”
–Dictionaries I consulted didn’t provide good enough definition of ‘be good about’ (or I wasn’t diligent enough). Does the original imply the author is not generous with his time devoted to exercise/visits the gym in fits and starts?
Thank you.
In this context ‘not good about’ indicates that the author does not do enough of this - he is not devoted enough and is irregular in his habits over it.
