But I have another question about audio lesson and since there is a different thread about audio lessons I decided to post a message here too. So, sorry if there are too much questions from me :oops:
My question is about Sue’s accent/pronunciation: what is it? I mean, in what country where english is a native language do people speak with this accent/pronunciation? Is it British?
I’m very interested in this because my accent is different. I don’t have russian accent, I’m pretty sure of it, because a lot of people with a decent skill in english language (universty/institute teachers) told me that my pronunciation is quite good. I would like to hear your opinion about my pronunciation, but unfortunately I’m not able to record my voice at the moment - I’ll try to do it later when I’m at home

Thank you for the english lessons that I enjoy taking up. I did listen to the audio," listen vs hear", and it actually helped me out to differentiate between the two though the test did confuse me a bit.
I will also follow the advice to listen to english audio/programmes regularly, I think it might help as english is not my native language (and the best way is to listen to Sue’s audio lessons as I just love to listen to her
