For more details please see the attached file.
For more details please see the attachment.
Please see (find) the details in the attachment.
‘Please see attached file for more details’ is okay too. Don’t use your second suggestion though, Binbin.

It’s not that it’s too formal - just that the word order is strange. ‘Please find attached’ is the better established order.
