    Please correct the above.
    If all are OK, please explain the differences in meanings.

#1 and #3 are similar in meaning. “some of the time” means for some portion of the time; “at some time” means on some particular occasion(s). You can also omit “at” in #3, again with similar meaning.

#2 is incorrect.
