at home and in house/ kite stuck

My respected teacher

(1)
I’m at my newly built home OR I’m in my newly built house? Please tell me the differenc between ‘‘Home’’ and ‘‘House’’ and what to use before them ‘‘In’’ or ‘‘At’’

(2)
‘‘This kite is stuck in the tree.It can’t be get out.’’ Please correct it?

Thanks a million!

(1)
A ‘house’ is a building; a ‘home’ is an environment; they are often used synonymously. In and at follow the rules for those prepositions; they are independent of the words ‘house’ and ‘home’.

This kite is stuck in the tree. It can’t be gotten out.
