(at) any time

  1. So you can come at any time.
1a. So you can come any time.
  2. Call me at any time.
2a. Call me at any time.
    Are all these sentences OK?
Can I replace the preposition with any other preposition? Is it possible?

Hi Allifathima!
All your sentences are grammatically correct.
As far as I know, the preposition at is frequently dropped in this time expression in informal English.
As regards other preposition, I am eager to ‘listen to’ experts opinions like you

Hi Allifathima,

I presume you meant to leave out the word ‘at’ in sentence 2a (just as you did in sentence 1a).

  1. So you can come at any time. [color=blue]OK
1a. So you can come anytime. [color=blue]Use the single word ‘anytime’ here.
  2. Call me at any time. OK
2a. Call me anytime. [color=blue]Use the single word ‘anytime’ here.
