Are these appropriate directions for the writing exercise?

Hello teachers,
I have these directions:
Look at the drawings and complete the wh-questions and answers using the tenses below them.
The thing is that the wh-questions have to ask only for the actions represented in the drawings and nothing else. How can I include this information in the directions?

How about these ones?
a) Look at the actions in the drawings and complete the wh-questions and answers using the tenses below them.
a) Look at the actions in the drawings to complete the wh-questions and answers using the tenses below them.
Eg.
What is he doing?
What does he do?
What is he going to do?
What did he do?
What has he done?

Thanks in advance.

It seems to me that you mean the TAT (Thematic Apperception Test) in which case you could simply say/direct thus:

Look at the drawings (pictures/photographs) and answer the questions in the tense in which they are asked.

Hello Anglophile,
Thank you very much for your help.
