They are both OK but the meaning is different.
“She doesn’t have to go anywhere.” – good or neutral for her; she has no duty/obligation to go anywhere
“She doesn’t have anywhere to go.” – bad for her; she has nowhere available to go, e.g. no home, no opportunity for an outing
