"Anyone have a pen?" vs "Anyone has a pen?"

As an eliptical sentence, what should be its structure?

1- Anyone have a pen?
2- Anyone has a pen?

Hi Tom,

You have to consider what would be the full form before you use the condensed form and so, Understand? is the short form of Do you understand ? or Understood? is the short form of Have you understood?. In your sentences:

1 is the only possible sentence because this means: Does anyone HAVE a pen?
2 doesn’t work because you can’t say: Does anyone [color=red]has a pen?
