Annie has also... vs Annie also has...

Hello guys!

Please help me out in distinguishing the grammatically correct sentence between these two.

A: Annie has also the option of taking evening classes.
B: Annie also has the option of taking evening classes.

I’ve actually heard a news anchor say “has also” instead of saying " also has" and I can’t help having doubts about the first sentence. Based on what I have learned, the adverb “also” can be:

  1. Written at the beginning of the sentence before the subject and will be followed by a comma (Ex. Also, the government should find ways to further the economy.)

  2. Before the main verb
Ex. She also goes to school. (not She goes also to school.)

  3. After the be verbs and modals.
Ex. She is also a singer. (instead of " She also is a singer.)
Ex. She can also dance. (instead of " She also can dance.)

I just wanna know if the pattern “also has” is acceptable or not.

Thanks a lot.

A is incorrect, as was the news anchor.
B. Annie also has… is correct.
This is possible too:
Also, Annie has the option…

‘also has’ is correct here.
‘has also’ is correct in other contexts – used with past tense. (She has also been to America).

thanks for clearing the cofusions
