How can I correct these paragraphs:
‘Of many people often happens that in the evening, long before mealtime, to feel a fierce desire to eat something sweet and then they are moving to chocolate and pastries. Of course, they are good, tint and able to satisfy the sweet lust but they aren’t healthy.
More recommended in these situations are the sweet fruits which have many vitamins and minerals, they don’t have calories, they contain water and dietary fiber and give the feeling of fullness and facilitates digestion.
The apple is nutritious, keeps the hungry away for long time and has the gift to quench the lust of sweet which more people feel after a work day.
If you want a natural juice, which quenches your sweet lust, make it at home because the labels of the bought products lie and nobody ever will guarantee you the authencity of the juice bought from the market.’ ?
