Does it mean “Yes”?
As for your first question none of the choices you’ve given are acceptable - at least not in my opinion - because you can clearly hear: ‘You see enough?’ and as for your second, ‘That’s right’ means ‘Yes’.
It sounds like he just slurs through easy enough (C), meaning something like “I can do that.”
As for “That’s right “, the doctor sounds like he’s just giving general feedback such as “You’re doing fine at what I asked you to do.”
It’s hard to understand from the written text what either of these phrases means. Much of the meaning — or lack of meaning — comes from the tone. The speakers say them sort of under their breath (at a low level), not meaning much by them. They certainly don’t expect a response.
