Is pertaining to agricultural and development correct now?

No, it isn’t.
At the time I wrote ‘done’ I had changed it on the database, and assumed the changes would be reflected on the website. Unfortunately something is wrong with the system and the changes made to the database don’t get uploaded to the system. I have no way of correcting the errors.
