Dear English Team Trainers,

In preparation of our trainer meeting on November 15 please read through the following thread since it will the most important item on our agenda: Telephone English Trainers wanted

Here is the agenda for our meeting on November 25:

  • getting to know each other (introductions)
  • review of ibs job (trainer assessment, team work, organization)
  • suggestions on how to improve ibs training performance and results
  • review of AFI jobs
  • English Team basics:
    NATO alphabet, submitting materials BEFORE handing it out to clients, Sharing email addresses with students/clients, methods mix
  • introduction to new bonus/credit system
  • TEFL Online Trainer course as part of English Team training: TEFL Online course
  • integrating English-Team materials (making sure every English Trainer is aware of and uses English-Team materials)
  • make sure you have access to all the products listed here: english-test.net/pdf-workshe … dents.html
  • differences between ‘teaching’ and ‘creating value’
  • questions on ‘telephoning English project’

Dear Torsten,

I would like to apologize for the mistake I made. I was absolutely convinced that 15 is on Tuesday and that is why I answered ‘NO’. If the meeting is on Monday, I will be in Leipzig. Please let me know if November 15, 10 a.m., remains settled because I would like to purchase my train ticket today.

I’m not quite sure yet if I can come to your office on next Thursday due to some other appointments. However, I’d like to attend the meeting, if you don’t mind, of course, because to my mind, in addition to the agenda, it would also be interesting to meet the other trainers personally.
